A collaboration between LMW and Harvest Sun has seen the two promoters pull off a considerable coup in securing American indie-folk act Vetiver to play at Mojo this Friday (1st July)
Vetiver, who are currently currently touring the world in support of highly praised new LP The Errant Charm head an impressive line-up.
The acclaimed San Francisco based group are signed to legendary Seattle based label Sub Pop in the US, while the revered Bella Union label handles their releases in the UK.
The mellow West Coast band’s sumptuous tracks met with a wealth of four star reviews from the UK and US music press for their last album Tight Knit.
Led by Andy Cabic, the singer-songwriter has worked closely with wayward US-Mexican folk singer Devandra Banhart and cult nu-folk act Joanna Newsom.
Also on the bill, By the Sea have attracted huge acclaim for recently released debut single Old Coasts and the melodious Wirral six-piece have become one of the most talked about bands in Merseyside.
Dan Croll, formerly of the much-tipped Dire Wolfe, who can count Steve Lamacq as a fan, is currently making waves with his solo material.
