To celebrate the release of their debut album, Nero are proud to reveal “Welcome Reality – The Game”, the first time a game has been combined with an album sampler and integrated into Facebook to put you in the game.
Inspired by the arcade game featured in the video for hit single “Me & You”, this classic retro beat ‘em up features six tracks from the album, offering fans a tantalising first listen to “Welcome Reality”.
Using Facebook Connect for a truly immersive gaming experience, fans can choose to play as Dan, Joe or Alana from Nero to compete against your friends and Nero fans across the world. Battle against characters from the videos “Me & You” and “Guilt” to put yourself top of the leader board to unlock new tracks and share them through Facebook.
Nero’s debut album Welcome Reality is released on Chase & Status’ MTA Records. Nero are also booked for an intensive run of some of the world’s biggest festivals (including Reading/Leeds at the end of the month), and have just announced a headline tour in the Autumn and then head out in support of Tinie Tempah on his arena tour.
