Basement Jaxx are on a roll.

Having broken their almost two year silence earlier this year with tropical barnstormer Back 2 The Wild, they’ve since announced a return to the UK live circuit this winter, including a double-header at O2 Academy Brixton in December and are currently in the process of bringing the dance to festival crowds across Europe.

Now they are pleased to reveal their latest new material, the ecstatically buoyant What A Difference Your Love Makes.

A further glimpse of the forthcoming album that they’re currently busy crafting, What A Difference Your Love Makes is, in Felix Buxton’s own words, “summer feel-good music for the club, the car, and the bar (b-q)”, and features the stirring vocals of previously unknown folk / soul artist Sam Brookes.

Penned by the Jaxx with a hand from Chicago house legend DJ Sneak on a drizzly evening 6 months ago, the track is the complete antithesis of the weather conditions that day, although it has proved to go down a storm in recent live shows.
