Wild, rude boy comedy, The Hangover took the box office by storm last year giving movie exec’s a hangover they wouldn’t soon forget.
Early reports indicated that the original comedy threesome Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galiflanakis were hesitant to return for a sequel, but it seems like all good party boys they are ready to do it again.
Taking in $467 million worldwide on a budget of just $34 million, The Hangover was the surprise hit of last year and even earned themselves a Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture Musical or Comedy.
The massive success meant the returning trio have been able to ask for five times what they made previously earning them a cool $5 million each for their return.
But what will be in store for the Stags after the wedding? Some rumours have lead the trio to Thailand but Director Todd Phillips has denied gossip saying “There’s a lot of rumours. There was a rumour also that it was going to Mexico or something and neither are true.”
Filming begins in July.
