Clive Owen will be making what looks set to be an explosive return in new action thriller, The Total Elite.
Playing an SAS soldier Owen will lead a vigilante group that provides protection to the families of ex-SAS agents under threat from fellow Brit bad boy, Jason Statham.
Statham will play a Navy SEAL with a grudge against the SAS – Doesn’t sound like too much of a stretch for the Brit action star.
Based on the book, ‘The Feather Men’ by Ranulph Fiennes and directed by new boy Gary Mckendry the film promises to be more than just a gun slinging revenge story.
Having signed Statham up for the role over a year ago, production delays have meant that filming has been postponed a number of times. However with the lead role now cast filming looks set to go ahead this summer.
