Star Wars: Episode VII’s Daisy Ridley will reportedly reprise her role in Episode VIII and Episode IX.
The relatively unknown actress will appear in all three instalments in JJ Abrams’s upcoming trilogy, according to Deadline.
Ridley’s role in the new Star Wars films is yet to be officially announced, but her character is rumoured to be the daughter of Han Solo and Leia Organa.
The actress was due to appear in the recent Inbetweeners 2, but had her role in the comedy sequel cut due to her Star Wars commitments.
John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong’o and Gwendoline Christie will appear alongside Ridley in Episode 7.
They will be joined by original trilogy veterans Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker.
Star Wars: Episode VII will be released in UK cinemas on 18th December next year.
