Purple Revolver are calling to arms all fans of the undead to take part in Liverpool’s biggest ever zombie flash mob this Hallowe’en at FACT.
We need an army of flesh-eating fanatics to help us take over the art gallery and cinema and scare the living bejeezus out of people.
The flash mob will happen just before Hallowe’en (full details revealed to participants closer to the date, but the event will take place outside of normal working hours).
Our friends at Picturehouse at FACT have promised a special treat for everybody involved, with a hint that it will be Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson related. The New Zealander is a huge horror film buff so get involved.
People taking part will have their zombie make up done by a kick ass team led by Hollywood special effects and make up legend Shaune Harrison.
Shaune has worked on Harry Potter’s Lord Voldemort, Red Skull from Captain America: The First Avenger as well as numerous characters for Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones, Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow, World War Z, The Mummy and The Fifth Element.
Great undead and evil fun is guaranteed for all.
Plus the flash mob will be captured on film by a team of professional videographers from Liverpool Bay TV – so anyone looking to expand the acting portfolio or if you just fancy pointing yourself out as a skin scoffing extra – sign up with eager brain eating haste.
