Today, movies have become a staple of modern society. This give people the opportunity to live out their fantasies. Whether it is gunning down bad guys, hitting the game winning homerun or scoring the babe, movies give people the chance to live vicariously. Nothing is more exciting than watching some of the world’s best actors and actresses flirting it up, before getting wet and wild. We’ve put together a list of our favorite movies that go heavy on the flirt.

Vanilla Sky

A surrealist dreamy adventure by director Cameron Crowe, Vanilla Sky is undoubtedly one of the best films of this generation. Tom Cruise needs no introduction, and the supporting cast of Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz make the film all the more delicious.Released in 2001, Vanilla Sky has since generated a massive cult following. It has a little bit of everything, but is primarily a drama-romance. If you enjoy intrigue and a little over-the-top romance, you won’t go wrong with Vanilla Sky. The movie is consistently ranked as one of the very best movies of all time. Once you’ve checked it out, you’ll know why.

True Romance

With a name like True Romance, you can guarantee that this film is going to be deep on romance. Plus, it is written by Quentin Tarantino. With the likes of Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette, True Romance has an excellent cast to back up the incredible story and cinematography. The phone flirting scene in this scene is a little bit different. The lovely couple, Clarence Worley and Alabama Whitman, do not chat on the phone together. Instead, they share a good laugh while messing with one of Clarence’s buddies. It is definitely a hoot and helps to strengthen the relationship between Clarence and Alabama.

For A Good Time Call

Starring Ari Graynor and Lauren Miller, For a Good Time Call is a wild story about two women who live together in an apartment in an apartment, but one of them is a phone chat line operator. In one scene, Graynor believes her roommate, Lauren, may be in a precarious situation but opens the door to find out that she’s “on the job” – saying explicit things to her customers over the phone. This film brought back the appeal of phone chat lines. If you’re curious what chat lines are, you can see a bunch of them at Dream Lines by The Big Fling.

Girl 6 By Spike Lee

Spike Lee has, without a doubt, directed some classics in his day, but Girl 6 in unlike anything else he has ever done. In fact, this entire movie is about nothing but phone sex. In this movie, Theresa Randall takes on the role of a struggling actress who delves deep into the world of the phone sex in order to pay her bills, and soon becomes enthralled with what she discovers. The more she takes on the role the blurrier the lines between fantasy and reality become. Before you know it, she is clearly turned on by her own sexual potential, and the movie has some pretty explosively scene scenes.

Pillow Talk

Pillow Talk, starring Rock Hudson and Doris Day provides viewers with a comical, but sexy phone scene. In the scene, Jan, played by Doris Day, listened to Brad, played by Rock Hudson, communicate with his girlfriends, as they shared a party line. The scene plays out into a romantic entanglement between the two, as Brad masquerades as a macho Texas rancher.
Jan was aware of Brad’s womanizing ways, but this was not going to stop him from trying to woo her. His efforts finally pay off, as the two end up falling in love.

When Harry Met Sally

When Harry Met Sally, a 1989 romantic comedy, starring the beautiful Meg Ryan and witty Billy Crystal, is one of America’s favorite love stories. A few chance encounters and late-night conversations on the phone lead to a romance that will never be forgotten.
