Pictures have emerged from the set of Avengers: Age of Ultron have been released, with sneak peaks of new characters including Quick Silver and Scarlet Witch.
Although the plot of the new movie has been kept a tight secret, with the release of these new images, we are at least getting a look at some of the new characters and their costumes.
Additions to the cast include Elizabeth Olsen playing the Scarlet Witch and Aaron Taylor-Johnson playing Quick Silver.
Nowhere Boy star Aaron recently expressed how he was ‘flattered and honoured’ to be a part of the team and was excited to play such a emotional character.
He said ‘There’s more character aspect that I’m interested in than the power aspect… you’ve gotta have something that you can relate to.’
There were also some familiar faces on set while the team were in Italy, including Hawkeye Jeremy Renner.
It seems Scarlet Witches costume is made up of a red leather jacket, leather mini skirt and high heeled boots.
While the most stand-outish aspect of Aaron’s costume is his messy silver wig.
The actors were filmed running out of a building from a yet to be seen foe.
Other members of the original cast set to be returning include Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans and Mark Ruffalo.
The first Avengers film raked in $1.5 billion and became the third top grossing movie behind Avatar and Titanic.
The next addition to the Avengers franchise will be released in cinemas on May 1st 2015, giving fans a long time to wait until their favourite team assembles once more.
There are plenty of superhero movies on their way to fill the gap including Captain America 2: Winter Soldier this month, The Amazing Spiderman 2 in May and Guardians of The Galaxy in August.
