FACT cinema have announced a Wes Anderson season to celebrate the release of the indie director’s highly anticipated film, The Grand Budapest Hotel.
Eight of Anderson’s iconic films will be screened throughout February and March, with The Grand Budapest Hotel bringing the event to an exciting climax.
The film revolves around Gustave H played by Ralph Fiennes, hotel manager and serial guest lover, whose troubles begin when a client turns up dead in the hotel leaving him a valuable painting in her will .
FACT have also launched an exciting competition to design a poster for your favourite Wes Anderson film.
The winner will receive a years free membership to FACT, a stack of DVD’s from Fox, and the beautiful Grand Budapest Hotel canvas currently on show in the building. The top 5 runners-up will have their designs displayed in the bar from February, 14 and will get to keep their prints.
