The Brink is preparing to turn up the romance this Valentine’s Day with the launch of its exclusive love-inspired sweet treats.
With the hopes of putting a ‘tempting twist’ on its food and drink offerings, the popular Parr Street venue will serve a Valentine’s theme cake and mocktail duo.
Throughout Saturday, February 14 – aka the Day of Lurve – guests can enjoy a slice of homemade Red Velvet Cake together with the ‘Love Panther’ alcohol-free fizz.
General Manager Carl Bell said: “Valentine’s Day is all about spoiling the one you love and truly indulging. With that in mind, we wanted to create a special treat for couples who visit during the romantic day.
“Who can resist a huge slice of cake; together with a fruit infused mocktail to wash it down nicely?”
Filled with white chocolate buttercream and topped with a candy heart, the Red Velvet Cake will be ‘perfectly paired’ with a red ‘love themed’ mocktail.
The Love Panther, which gets its name from The Brink’s signature concoction, The Pink Panther, will blend strawberry and kiwi cordial with cranberry juice, pink lemonade and fresh strawberries.
Carl added: “We hope that our exclusive Valentine’s offer will add to the romance and be enjoyed by both couples and cake lovers alike. By serving a unique cake and cooler combo, our chefs and barman are able to be more creative in the kitchen and continue to devise new and exciting offerings.”
The Valentine’s Day combo is priced at £4.95 or both items can be purchased separately for £2.95 and are available throughout Valentines Day.
