Teen trio Twenty Twenty have completed their first album and are set to return to the 02 Academy.
Comprised of Sonny Watson Lang, Sam and Jack Halliday the band supported Go:Audio and Saving Aimee, and sold-out their first headline tour last year.
Twenty Twenty finished writing and recorded their debut album in November with help from Sam Preston from The Ordinary Boys, Josh Wilkinson from Go:Audio and the team behind catchy pop band Alphabeat. The album is out later this year.
While recording, the studio was streamed live daily via the band’s Myspace giving fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes insight into how the album was created.
The chirpy trio are all about the fans and make time to hang out with them at Paramore gigs, Tweet and play a free Christmas party. Many fans got the chance to play a starring role as extras in their music videos.
Twenty Twenty are joined on tour by Canadians The New Cities and Irish upstarts Jody Has A Hitlist.
