Stealth has unveiled the video for his new track ‘Blame’, the latest song to be taken from his forthcoming second EP Verse. The video premiered with Clash who said, “’Blame gives a good idea of what to expect – clinical song writing, blues-based riffs, and a raw, natural feeling of total honesty… a neat encapsulation of an artist on the rise.”
Capturing home footage of happier times featuring Stealth and an unnamed partner, the evocative video delights, then chills to the core. His voice haunts and reverberates around the cavernous song, drenched in sadness, as Stealth searches for the source of his pain.
‘Blame’ follows the release of lead single ‘Real Life’, the hard-hitting first taste of the Verse EP that showcases the versatility of Stealth with its heavy bluesy riffs and explosive chorus. The single saw strong radio support with Dermot O’Leary continuing to be a big champion of the singer on Radio 2, following his previous support of Stealth’s debut Intro EP release earlier this year.
The Intro EP saw Stealth championed by Radio 1, Radio 2, BBC 6Music and BBC Introducing, while he gained a wealth of high profile press support too.
Stealth also firmly laid his mark Stateside, following the inclusion of his single ‘Judgement Day’ in the dramatic closing scenes of Suits. The song has now clocked up well over 4.5 MILLION plays across YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music. The release of the Intro EP also saw Stealth enter the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart at No.2 in the UK and No.3 in the US.
Stealth will be playing a headline show at The Waiting Room, Stoke Newington on Tuesday (Nov 22nd) in celebration of the ‘Blame’ release. Tickets are available here: https://goo.gl/qO7Ppw & https://goo.gl/eTwLnR
