Hip hop duo Outkast are set to re-unite after a six year hiatus for this year’s Coachella festival.
The official festival line-up announcement revealed that Big Boi and André 3000 will join rock legends Muse and Canadian indie outfit Arcade Fire to headline the popular Californian festival.
Coachella organisers revealed the line-up for the April event on the official Twitter account, with the message “Shake it like a polaroid picture”.
The festival will also see established artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, Motorhead and Pharell, alongside newcomers Disclosure, Lorde and HAIM.
Both Big Boi and André 3000 have been working on solo projects since their last album Idlewild. Rumours began circulating last november that the pair were in talks for a 2014 tour.
This will be the 16th Coachella festival taking place in the Indio desert of california.
