Liverpudlian five-piece, MiC LOWRY – labelled as “the next big thing to come out of the UK” by BBC 1Xtra and fresh from supporting Justin Bieber on his sold-out European Tour – have just unveiled their hot new track, ‘Whiskey Kisses’
.
Having teased fans with the song on their recent UK headline tour (including an electrifying sold-out show at KOKO London), ‘Whiskey Kisses’ mixes their pin-sharp harmonies with a dancehall-tinged, R&B sound. It’s this bolder new sound that perfectly embodies who MiC LOWRY are and why they are the Ones To Watch this year.
‘Whiskey Kisses’ is the follow-up to their previous smash, the Phil-Collins sampling ‘Oh Lord’ which was streamed over 55 million times and quickly rose up the Spotify charts on both sides of the Atlantic.
The track is written by Shae Jacobs (Chris Brown, Kelly Rowland) and produced by up-and-coming duo Laconic who have recently been working with Scandi-pop singer Sigrid.
‘Whiskey Kisses’ is available now on all streaming platforms and iTunes.
You can listen to a sample of Whiskey Kisses in the video box.
