Singer/songwriter Ali Ingle compared to the likes of Beck & Villagers has had two critically acclaimed EPs and even been awarded “Liverpool Male Artist Of The Year.” Fans include David Gray and Andy Dunlop (Travis) and various BBC Introducing & 6Music DJs such as Janice Long, Simon Raymonde and Tom Robinson.

Recently moving from his much loved Liverpool home to London, Ali is now a full time songwriter with credits including Travis, Australian electronic duo Strange Talk and a host of new and exciting upcoming artists.

Hey Kid, which has already picked up plays on XFM & BBC Introducing, is taken from Ali’s new EP The Great Romantic Drought, recorded at The Motor Museum (Arctic Monkeys, Jake Bugg, Oasis.)

The EP has received excellent reviews including a 10/10 from Dublin based U&I Magazine. Like all of Ali’s videos, Hey Kid was self-produced and directed and is a testament to Ali’s commitment to creativity.

“Hey Kid is a stormy, lo-fi offering with a self-deprecating theme. It’s for anyone who has ever battled with self-discovery in an ever changing world.” Ali Ingle
