Is Tropical have announced that they’re going to donate all profits from ‘Black Anything’ vinyl sales to the International Refugee Assistance Project for the month of May.

“Over the past 7 years we’ve been able to travel the world and meet the most amazing people and we’re extremely privileged to have done so. It’s easy to forget how simple it is for us to cross borders, get visas, be welcomed by locals and treated with such respect everywhere we go. Unfortunately not everyone has the same experience. There are millions of people who have been displaced through no fault of their own and find themselves confronted by hostile environments without any assistance. We fully support the efforts of those who try to make refugees lives better and safer and will be donating all profits from the sales of our ‘Black Anything’ vinyl for the next month to the International Refugee Assistance Project.

Our album ‘Black Anything’ was the culmination of all our amazing border defying experiences, and would love to turn our experiences into something that can benefit others.”

‘Black Anything’ is released on five 10” transparent picture disc instalments, containing 2 tracks per vinyl and displaying the continent in which it was conceived. The five vinyls when displayed on top of each other create the globe, unifying the concept as a whole – each vinyl existing as an artwork and tribute to the continent it was recorded in.
