With over 3 million Youtube views and Spotify spins to match, The Luka State are set for a mammoth 2017 when they release their debut album, but first there’s some unfinished business…

Indie-Rockers, The Luka State are hard at work on their forthcoming album which is due for release next year. Following in the footsteps of the critically acclaimed The Price Of Education mini-album, the guys will once again be self-producing the album, but with a little help from Chris Sheldon and Dave Eringa (Manic Street Preachers, Wilko Jonson, Idlewild).

With fans eager to hear new music and the album not released until summer 2017, the band have decided to give back to their fans with the streaming release of the Demos EP.

“We’ve been hard at work for a year making our album but we really wanted to get some new music to you this side of Christmas. So to thank you for the support here’s some demos of our tracks!” said lead singer Conrad.

If it weren’t for the fervent support of the legion of bands followers – in their native North West, the rest of the UK and across the world from Berlin to Toronto – he’d be confined to Winsford, Cheshire and his band mates would still working in the Pritt Stick Factory or down the local Salt Mine!

The tracks are available to stream on Spotify and Soundcloud and the EP is made up of four demos written and performed by The Luka State that are all previously unreleased. Kicking off with the anarchic anthem Lies, Lies, Lies, it whets fan’s appetites for what they can expect when the new album is released next summer.

As well as being able to listen to Demos EP, the band are offering fans the chance to have them play live in their living rooms as they go on their House Party Tour. It all kicked off in Paris last month when Conrad, Sam, Jake and Lewis showed French fan Etienne exactly how to party with a riotous gig exclusively for him and 20 of his closest friends.

They have since headed to the equally glamorous Bognor to party with Chris and his pals and last weekend headed to a fan’s party in Yorkshire to raise the roof once more. Fans who are interested in having The Luka State play at their party should head to http://www.thelukastate.com/houseparty/ to apply. The band cannot be held liable for any rock n roll behaviour!

Further Info:

The Luka State are Conrad Ellis (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Sam Bell (Bass), Lewis Pusey (Guitar) and Jake Barnabas (Drums), and the four-piece already boast over 3 million views on YouTube, with UK radio airplay support from BBC 6 Music, Introducing and Kerrang! Radio.

The band formed when lead writer, guitarist and singer Conrad, and his brother-like mate Sam were just 12. Their tightness as a band and as friends, has made them a formidable live act and has seen them play to audiences up and down the country both at their own gigs and supporting fellow British band One Night Only. The band have also amassed a horde of international fans through their innovative videos and social media channels.
