Y Not introduce the Flamingo Jacks Stage

Y Not festival introduce a new venue with an extensive new line-up for their comedy performers. Stars from Mock the Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats and more head down to Y-Not for what is expected to be the biggest and best comedy line-up to the date for the festival.

The three-day line-up includes names like Abandoman, Tarinto Disco and The Horne Section. With comedy from all corners of the globe, the festival also includes DJ sets in between the acts as well as the main music stage seeing acts like The Sherlocks, and UK festival exclusive Jamiroquai. The Libertines are also set to feature in one of the biggest indie line-ups of the British Festival Season.

The full festival line-up includes The Wombats, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Razorlight, Fickle Friends, Catfish and The Bottlemen, The Libertines, The Amazons along with many more amazing acts, arguably making this the best bill for indie fans this summer. Back for its thirteenth year this summer, Y Not Festival will take place in Pikehall, Derbyshire from 26th-29th July. Since 2005, when it began life as a house party spilling over into deepest Derbyshire, the event has remained home grown and true to its roots. The festival offers a glorious weekend of live music, family fun, comedy, street food and much more – all in the heart of the Peak District.

Festival organiser Simon Mawbey says, “We can’t wait for this year’s Y Not festival. With legendary acts such as BRMC, The Wombats and Razorlight added to the bill, we hope fans will see this as our biggest year yet.”
