This past May, on an edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, Stephen Amell was in the front row of the crowd watching all of the live, hard hitting action as WWE Superstar Stardust went one on one with Neville, during that match, Stardust approached Arrow star Amell and promptly hissed in his face, in a confrontational manner.
Ever since then, Stardust and Neville have been engaged in a rivalry like something straight out of a comic book, Neville, who’s high-flying style has earned him the nickname “The Man That Gravity Forgot”, has been the hero, facing off against villain, “The Prince Of Dark Matter” Stardust.
During this feud over the past few months, Stardust has been making plenty of jabs towards Neville, calling him out on his finishing move, The Red Arrow and even referencing superhero Green Arrow (the show Arrow starring Stephen Amell is based on the DC Comics hero), Stardust has been making bow and arrow gestures, he named his finishing move The Queen’s Crossbow, taking aim at Stephen Amell’s character Oliver Queen in the aforementioned Arrow.
Stardust also proclaimed just a couple of weeks ago: “”Even the sharpest arrows, no matter what colour, come crashing down.”
While trading wins and attacks on Neville, Stardust has also been going back and forth trading words with Stephen Amell on Twitter.
Last night on Twitter though, Stephen Amell announced that he’d be heading straight to Seattle to WWE Raw to come face to face with Stardust.
The WWE Universe and plenty of comic book lovers and Arrow viewers have been buzzing about this for months now, there have been rumours of Stephen Amell stepping into the squared circle at WWE’s SummerSlam event.
What’ll happen next week LIVE on Monday Night Raw when Stardust and Amell come face to face?, will Amell show up as Green Arrow?
