French disco dons Daft Punk continue to Get Lucky… after topping the UK charts they have now been immortalised as collectible action figures.

The dance music duo are riding high with their new album Random Access Memories, but found the time to personally supervise the design of the 6 inch action figures.

The Daft Punk figures are part of global toy giant Bandai’s successful S.H. Figurarts line of collector toys and will be sold individually at £30.

Daft Punk, have won a worldwide following with their robot alter egos and recently scored the soundtrack to Disney’s Tron Legacy movie.

The dance heroes are predicted to break Oasis’ record for the fastest-selling album in UK chart history.

Bandai’s Premiere Collectables brand, Tamashii Nations announced their release with this statement: “We’re excited to unveil the arrival of our Daft Punk figures.

“The figures were supervised by the artists themselves and feature precise articulation for recreation of a variety of poses.

“The helmet areas will feature a shiny metallic finish for enhanced realism.”

These figures are sure to be a hot commodity when they are released in the fall and are expected to soar in value on the secondary market.

Pre-orders on the toys have begun – snare drum yours by visiting the Tamashii Nations Facebook page.

This is not the first set of action figures based on the French electronic duo. Small Kubrick figures of Daft Punk were once released in Japan.
