Wall Of Fame unveils all-American alternative to traditional Sunday roast

Wall of Fame has launched an exciting new addition to its ever-popular menu.

The all-American inspired eatery, with entrances on Victoria Street and Mathew Street, has unveiled its interpretation of an alternative Sunday roast in the form of an indulgent burger.

Devised by Head Chef Joe Hannah, the moreish dish comprises a choice of chicken or beef sandwiched between two Yorkshire puddings alongside the classic flavours of roast potatoes, stuffing and gravy.

General Manager of Wall of Fame Alix Mills said: “We are excited to have unveiled our latest menu addition – the ‘Alternative Sunday Roast burger’. Since our opening in September 2015, we wanted to create an offering that certainly puts an indulgent spin on the classic English culinary tradition.

“Here at Wall of Fame, we have become known for our unique and unusual food and drink items, so this fits in perfectly with the dishes we have on offer.”

The bustling venue has recently unveiled a new menu featuring a novel assortment of chicken wings, pizzas and burgers to name a few, with menu highlights including Denver BBQ 10oz Rump Steak, Pretzel Fried Chicken Strips and Empire State Burger, made with two 6oz steak patties, gherkin, tomato, red onion, cheese and ketchup with a Mini Chicken Burger to top it off.

To accompany the culinary selection, the menu also comprises the eatery’s signature shakes, which are served up in a variety of innovative flavours.

Alix added: “Of course, all week long we will also be running our usual menu alongside our Alternative Sunday Roast burger for those who want to enjoy our classic flavours. To wash it all down, our drinks menu features a number of popular stateside offerings alongside shakes with a difference, such as our Bourbon and Bacon shake – made with Bourbon, Vanilla Ice Cream, Maple Syrup and Crispy Bacon.”

The Alternative Sunday Roast burger is served from 1pm every Sunday and is priced at £7.50.
