Trattoria 51 is offering a true taste of summer with a series of new seasonal menu additions.
The popular Old Hall Street restaurant has introduced a range of dishes to its Specials Menu; all of which have been adapted with the warmer months in mind.
General Manager and Co-Owner of Trattoria 51 Toni Karemanaj said: “With the sun starting to make an appearance, we thought it was only fitting to alter our ever-popular Specials board to provide a greater range of lighter options as opposed to just hearty Italian home comforts.
“As the days get longer so does the list of available fresh seasonal produce, which is why we have added a whole spectrum of vibrant colours to many of our dishes to please both the eyes and the palate.”
Seasonal Specials include Fresh Spaghetti Cut with a Guitar Aglio Olio Chilli and Steamed King Prawns; Sea Bass Carpaccio; Linguine Scoglio; Grigliata Pesce; Sea Bass baked in Sea Salt and Seafood Salad.
Toni added: “Together with our new menu additions, we have reopened our outside terrace area just in time for the summer months. Ideal for those wanting to have a mid-morning coffee, relaxing lunch in the sun or while away the evening, our al fresco dining option will no doubt go down a treat with our guests.”
The Specials Menu is available daily. Mains are priced from £12.95.
