The Interesting Eating Company marks Independence Day with all-American indulgency

The Interesting Eating Company is set to mark Independence Day (July 4) by serving up a selection of all-American sweet and savoury treats.

Located on Allerton Road, the innovative eatery, which is renowned for its speciality pancakes and signature waffles, is encouraging its guests to indulge in its stateside offerings in celebration of the commemorative holiday.

Director of The Interesting Eating Company Nichola Lee said: “Be it breakfast, lunch or simply an on-the-go snack, we provide a selection of US favourites that can be enjoyed by every one of all ages – perfect for Independence Day merriments.

“As pancakes are an extremely popular US staple, we’re glad to offer sweet and savoury variations so that our guests can enjoy a true taste of America here in the heart of South Liverpool.”

Pancakes can be served traditionally or American style (raised) in a range of savoury flavours including Chicken & Creamy Mushroom, Smoked Salmon with Rocket & Cream Cheese and Roasted Vegetables & Sun Dried Tomatoes. For those with a sweet tooth, guests can enjoy flavours such as Nutella & Banana, Simply Lemon & Sugar and the all-American Bacon & Maple Syrup. Gluten free options are also available for diners with dietary requirements.

Located on Allerton Road, The Interesting Eating Company is also renowned for its extensive menu comprising a range of speciality waffles, salads, sandwiches, baked potatoes, toasties and paninis to name a few. A children’s menu is also available featuring a range of the eatery’s most popular items in a suitably portioned size.
