Silk Rd is serving up a mid-week treat in the form of Prosecco Thursdays.
The new establishment in Liverpool’s Beetham Plaza will be complementing its array of dishes with unlimited fizz for £10 for every person dining.
With a duo of sites located in Heswall and Liverpool’s bustling Commercial District, the eatery takes inspiration from the Silk Road itself, the ancient network of trade routes stretching across China, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Greece to name a few.
Owner Chris Williams said: “Prosecco has become an increasingly popular drink of choice with over 140 million bottles popped in the UK last year alone. Why wait for Fizz Fridays when you can enjoy Bottomless Prosecco every Thursday? Diners can enjoy some of our mezze and tapas dishes whilst sipping on a glass of bubbles with friends, family or work colleagues. As the lighter evenings and warmer weather approaches, diners can take advantage of our outdoor seating area, which boasts stunning views of the infamous Liver Buildings – the perfect setting for fizz and alfresco dining.”
Prosecco Thursdays is available all-day every Thursday, ideal for those looking for a leisurely lunch or an after work gathering. Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as Persian Lamb coated with Rosemary, Garlic, Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn and Yaour Tlou Savoury Beef Kebabs topped with a Greek Yogurt and Spiced Tomato Sauce dusted with Paprika.
