Rumi by Bukhara has unveiled its latest culinary offering in the form of a flavoursome new menu.
Comprising a number of Rumi by Bukhara’s most popular dishes alongside a tasty selection of unique new recipes, the new menu features a consortium of curries from Tikka to Tandooris alongside kebabs, steaks and an impressive dessert menu.
In a bid to position itself as an all-day dining destination, the authentic Indian eatery will be serving up its full menu from its 11.30am opening until 11pm.
Director of Rumi by Bukhara Faisal Patel said: “Here at Rumi by Bukhara, we are well known for our selection of Indian recipes with a modern spin. Our new menu was devised to serve up the true flavour of Rumi by Bukhara all day long, with our lunchtime favourites including wraps and gourmet burgers available into the evening and our dinner menu available from the moment we open our doors for the day.
“Not only are we increasingly popular with the student population due to our prominent location on Mount Pleasant, we are also a hot spot for friends, families and couples alike. For the curry connoisseur who enjoys lots of spice to those who prefer a milder approach to traditional Indian cuisine, there’s something for everybody to enjoy on our new menu.”
The new menu, which incorporates both lunchtime and evening favourites, comprises delicious new additions such as Lamb Machboos and popular classics including Chilman Biryani and Desi Gosht. Vegetarians can also enjoy a number of dishes on the new menu, including the delicious meat-free Bhaji Burger.
Faisal added: “Aside from offering up delicious lunchtime and dinner dishes, we are also renowned across the city for our extensive dessert offering – perfect for those with a sweet tooth. Our in-house gelato counter, manned by our Gelato Chef Mario, plays host to a number of classic and ‘crazy’ gelato flavours, ranging from vanilla to Kinder Bueno, Ferrero Rocher and even Bounty. We’ve also recently started serving up Belgian Stick Waffles, which are a new take on our previously popular waffle desserts. The perfectly portioned sweet treat is ideal for trying out a different flavour every time and the tastiest way to end a delicious dining experience at Rumi by Bukhara!”
