Halloween is fast approaching, and in preparation for Tuesday’s annual event there are some spooky goings-on across the city.
Whether you’re looking for an all-day party, or fun for the whole family to enjoy – there is something for everyone (even the dog!) to get their teeth stuck into.

1. Yousef Presents Circus Halloween, at Camp & Furnace
Who? Dance music fans
What? An all-day party – with a line-up of iconic DJs. Including Yousef, Sasha and Richie Hawtin. Think legendary music event with a Halloween twist!

2. Howl-O-Ween Puppy Parade
Who? Dogs and dog-lovers alike
What? Liverpool bar BrewDog have teamed up with Merseyside Dogs Home, for a day of costume competitions, doggy-themed stalls and a parade through the city – what more could you want!
All the family (even your four-legged friend!) can get involved and enjoy the spooky festivities. The day begins at the Bombed Out Church, before working it’s way up to city-centre favourite, BrewDog, for prizes, drinks and more.
When? Sunday 29th October 2017, 12:00PM

3. Halloween Lantern Carnival
Who? Anyone looking to experience a Halloween spectacle!
What? The Lantern Company, Albert Dock, Culture Liverpool and Liverpool BID have partnered up for a weekend of workshops, parades and more.
Over the weekend, around 500 lanterns will be on display before a spectacular light experience will parade through the streets of Liverpool at 6PM on Sunday night.
Free lantern and mask-making workshops are also available at Albert Dock, Metquarter and St John’s Shopping Centre, in preparation for the parade.
When? Saturday 28th – Sunday 29th October 2017
Where? The parade will start from the Pilgrim Street and Hardman Street junction, before heading towards the Albert Dock.
4. Baltic Market Halloween Weekend
Who? Foodies
What? Liverpool’s Baltic Market will transport you to the deep, dark depths of Halloween with themed cocktails, scarily-good music and food to die for!
There will also be fun for the whole family, with games, workshops and prizes up for grabs. Kids and dogs are welcome every day until 9PM!
When? Thursday 26th – Sunday 29th October 2017

5. Ghoulies Haunted House
Who? Adrenaline junkies
What? A state of the art scare attraction with animatronics and Hollywood-quality actors. Prepare to be spooked by some seriously scary characters – this is not one for the faint hearted!
