Live From Jodrell Bank is delighted to announce that they have released an extremely limited number of extra tickets for their Elbow headlined show.
When tickets were put on sale initially they sold-out in a remarkable 90 minutes so this is great news for fans who missed out first time around.
Supporting Elbow on the day will be Field Music, Cherry Ghost, Lianne La Havas and Willy Mason. Tickets for the Paul Weller show the following day are selling fast and early booking is advised for a show that features a fine supporting cast including Graham Coxon, Gomez, Baxter Dury, Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club, Little Barrie and Jake Evans.
Before the spectacular evening concerts and throughout each day, revellers will be able to participate in a fantastic range of hands-on experiments and workshops on site at Jodrell Bank.
With full access to the magnificent Discovery centre included in every ticket, this is a great chance to find out more about the mind-blowing research happening at Jodrell Bank.
Explore the wonders of the universe and find out for yourself why stargazing has enjoyed a massive resurgence in the past few years.
Please remember that Jodrell Bank is in a rural location so you need to think about how you will be travelling to the venue and getting home too!
There are only a handful of car park tickets left available, these must be bought in advance from Ticketline.
Car Share
Life’s a journey – share it!
Live From Jodrell Bank are pleased to be working with goCarShare to help people share car journeys to and from the festival.
If you have some spare seats, why not find some travel companions via goCarShare.
With the average 100-mile car journey leading to over 20 kg of CO2 being produced, goCarShare has the potential to reduce the festival’s carbon footprint considerably.
It’s a great way to save money if you are driving and, as it is built around Facebook, you can find people who like the same music, or who have friends in common.
goCarShare has a pricing formula that works out a fair, recommended contribution for passengers to pay drivers so that both save money. It’s also a fun way to travel and reduces congestion onsite.
Coach Travel
Our suggested mode of transport for the show is by coach. Coaches are not only a greener way to the festival but the most hassle free option to this rural venue and the smoothest way to get to and from the show enhancing your overall experience. We have coaches running from numerous locations in the North West with various pick-up points for £10-15 return, with tickets available from all Ticket Outlets.

Trains / Shuttles

There will be a shuttle service to the event and return to the local Goostrey train station after the show. Train information can be found on the Visitor Info page of the website.
By using public transport you will be actively decreasing your carbon footprint and the carbon footprint of the event. We encourage all Jodrell Bank ticket holders to use our preferred modes of transport to help keep the event greener. Not only is this the greener way to the festival but is also the smoothest and you don’t have to worry about the hassle of getting home or debate who will be designated driver!
