Christmas comes early at Trattoria 51 with launch of colour co-ordinated festive menus

Trattoria 51 is set to celebrate Christmas in true Italian style with the return its much-loved trio of festive menus.

The Old Hall street eatery will be re-introducing its colour-co-ordinated menus which are aptly named after the colours of the Italian flag, in the form of ‘Menu Verde’, ‘Menu Bianco’ and ‘Menu Rosso’, all available between November 26 to December 24.

Perfect for a Christmas party, each menu combines a selection of seasonal delights including meat, fish, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes alongside an assortment of home-made desserts, all of which can be perfectly paired with a yuletide cocktail.

Co-Owner and General Manager of Trattoria 51, Toni Karemanaj said: “Preparations for our Christmas offering have been well underway for some time now and we are excited to finally launch our menu and start taking bookings for November and December. As always, our menus combine a whole variety of flavours to suit every palette, making us an ideal destination for families, colleagues and friends alike. What better way to spread the festive joy than by sharing food and drink with the people you have spent quality time with throughout the year?

“For all of the team at Trattoria 51, Christmas is amongst one of our favourite times of year and we can’t wait to embrace the merriments and celebrate with our guests throughout the season. This year, we will be pulling out all of the stops to create a winter wonderland right here in Liverpool.”

The ‘Menu Verde’ and ‘Menu Bianco’ boast Italian Antipasti Appetisers and include delectable main dishes such as Slow Roast Pork Porchetta, Grilled Seabass Fillet with Vegetable Risotto and Homemade Goats Cheese & Sundried Tomato Ravioli served with Courgettes and Cherry Tomatoes, alongside sumptuous desserts including Classic Tiramisu and Zuccotto Panettone to name a few.

The ultra-indulgent ‘Menu Rosso’ also offers starters such as Calamari Fritti and Parmigiana followed by the likes of Slow Cooked Lamb Shank with Red Wine Sauce, Creamed Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables as well Fillet of Beef Mignon with a Green Peppercorn Sauce.

Toni added: “In addition to our festive party menus, we will be opening our doors once again on Christmas Day. In the past, our £51 three-course menu has always gone down a treat. Following popular demand it is back and we’re open for bookings exclusively in our Liverpool City Centre venue.”

The ‘Menu Verde’ is priced at £15.95 per person, the ‘Menu Bianco’ is priced at £19.95 per person and the ‘Menu Rosso’ is priced at £29.95 per person. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available at no extra cost.
