Artic Monkeys star Alex Turner has called on his Last Shadow Puppets mate Miles Kane to be his wing man in London since splitting from hottie turned stick insect Alexa Chung.
The dapper musos arrived at the launch of Spencer Hart’s flagship store on Brook Street, London in a vintage Mercedes-Benz and were soon supping the champers.
Alex, sporting new slicked locks, enjoyed the lad’s night out with Miles and other guests including The Kooks, David Grey, Brett Anderson and Massive Attack.
Spencer Hart, which was named after Nick Hart’s son, is known for dressing other celebrities including David Bowie, Kanye West and Jay Z.
The store, a former bank on Mayfair’s Brook Street, according to their spokesman: “reflects Hart’s vision and iconic references of a modern utopia influenced by the likes of Neutra, Sinatra, Warhol and Kerouac, into a fresh and modern retail world for men.
“His new ‘Palm Springs’ collection will include denims, chinos, underwear, luggage, shoes and fragrance – alongside the traditional Spencer Hart tailoring, which the brand has built its success upon since its Savile Row inception in 2002.”
