It appears that lots of little girls are having their hearts broken by mean and nasty boys (sob, sob)…but it’s okay kids! Frontman, Travis Clark of We The Kings has had his heart broken too, and he’s here with his friendly chums to put a bandage on your boo boos and turn that frown upside down!
So who are We The Kings? Another pop-rock group on the verge of doing something interesting? Or, We The Kings; another (I can’t emphasise this word enough) pop-rock group that’ll become bargain bin fodder when adolescent girls eventually discover something beyond the cutesy and commonplace? Both?
See, having such a specific target audience is a short-term blessing and long-term curse, and to be fair towards the Florida quartet; they’re pretty good at what they do. Unfortunately, they’re crossing a very busy road and they’re gonna be stuck in the middle of it for quite some time…
