It’s only 3 days until Chibuku graces the Arts Club as an early Christmas present for all you ravers in and around the city.

This time around, Sigma, MC Justyce, Shadow Child, Kry Wolf, Dimension, FOCUS and Makesnosense will be mixing some sounds.

Chibuku starts at 11pm this Saturday night (06.12.14) and continues until 4am.

If you’re not tired of dancing, drinking, and getting into the spirit of party season just yet; don’t fret.

There will be an exclusive after party for you to carry on dancing from 4am until late – or early, whichever way you see it.

The venue for this is just a hop, skip and a jump away, at Heebie Jeebies. Right next door.

Mixmag, NME and Resident Advisor have raved about Chibuku with the following comments: “Best Northern Club”; “The last bastion of acid house”; “Chibuku remains as potent as ever”.

You can be sure to have an immense night during the early hours of Sunday morning.

Sigma is the main act of the night.

Perhaps you know them from their Summer smash “Nobody To Love”?

The British drum and bass/house duo – aka Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie – met at Leeds University while balancing raving and studying, working in record shops and promoting events to top up their student loans.

They had very busy lives.

The busy life suits them, it seems.

Since graduation, they have continued with the “Sigma” life through releasing records through Hospital Records, Viper, Bingo and DJ Fresh’s Breakbeat Kaos.

Plus, they have their own label, Life Recordings.

They’ve remixed for Eric Prydz, Ellie Goulding, Stylo G and Sway.

Their second single features Paloma Faith. It is called “Changing” and if you haven’t heard it, where have
you been?

To see them live, you can buy tickets online and in store.

Online tickets are available at http://chibuku.eventgenius.co.uk

Physical tickets are on sale in Liverpool at 3B Records, The Font Bar and Resurrection.
