Dutch dance don Laidback Luke brought his Super You and Me tent to rock the house at Creamfields for the first time with epic heroics.

Taking charge of the proceedings donning a red and black Superhero costume and a dark face mask, you knew he was not to be messed with.

The Turbulence star also treated his fans by bringing thousands of Laidback Luke pop hands which got everyone throwing up the ‘Double L’s’ in the crowd.

Luke’s unlimited energy on the decks made his set and tent captured the best atmosphere of the weekend and announced the arrival of a dance hero on the level of David Guetta.

The Dutch producer has been playing Creamfields for many years – you know they have the trained eye for an electro icon in the making.

We predict he will soon be dominating the airwaves after adding his touch on Laidback Luke Vs Example – Natural Disaster.

He also played Turn Up the Lights – Kanyeless, which sounded good with storming horns and So Close to You Right Now by Calvin Harris provided a perfect soundtrack for pumping gloves.

A mix of Example’s Changed The Way You Kiss Me resulted in a sing a long and a ‘Luke there it is… ‘ chant from the crowd in the stylee of ‘Whoomp There It Is’ by Tag Team.

After his set, Luke revealed his favourite superhero is Spiderman but admitted he was a bit nervous about hosting his own tent for the first time.

Luke said: “I was a bit nervous about bringing the Super You and Me show here for the first time and whether it would work in a big arena, but the crowd really helped me get into it.

“I like to dress up as a superhero to bring a bit of the fun and enjoyment back to dance music because it can all get a bit too serious.”
