Over 300 free sessions will be provided for the people of Liverpool including regulars of Wyld Sauna and new sign ups
Wyld Sauna, the UK’s first floating sauna and Liverpool’s waterfront wellness destination, is celebrating its first anniversary in the city by giving back to the people who have made its first year so memorable.
With a total of 300 complimentary sessions available, Wyld Sauna is offering both long-time regulars and newcomers the chance to experience the rejuvenating benefits of sauna and cold-water therapy on the city’s iconic Princes Dock on Saturday 22nd November from 7am until 10pm.
Since opening in November 2024, Wyld Sauna has welcomed thousands of guests to its floating sauna experience that’s complete with a 20-person floating sauna, four ice baths, direct access to the water and changing facilities.
Cementing its reputation as the city’s destination where heat, cold and calm come together against the backdrop of Liverpool’s stunning skyline, Wyld Sauna has become a favourite wellbeing experience and is saying a huge thank you to the people of Liverpool for such a fantastic first year.

Those interested in enjoying a complimentary Wyld Sauna session can sign up through the separate ‘Anniversary’ link via the website, which will be released at 7am on Wednesday, 19th November. Sessions are only redeemable for Saturday, 22nd November from 7am until 10pm and once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Earlier this year, Wyld Sauna revealed plans to expand in Liverpool with an additional 16-person floating sauna perfect for private bookings, corporate groups and retreat-style experiences. The expansion will also see the introduction of private changing cubicles on the quayside for added privacy and comfort, new showers for guests, permanent toilets and a new quayside cafe and outdoor seating area.
Looking ahead, the second floating sauna will also allow Wyld to introduce a broader range of sessions that meet the diverse needs of its growing community. These will include guided sauna rituals, quiet and meditative experiences, women-only and LGBTQ+ sessions, recovery-focused contrast therapy, and community-led workshops in breathwork, sound healing, and mindfulness, all designed to deepen connection, calm, and community through heat and cold therapy.
Wyld Sauna’s new facilities will further add to the incredible offering on Princes Dock and the team hope to unveil its expansion early in 2026.
