Twin babies have been named after hip hop heroes Ghostface Killa and Raekwon, the formidable Wu Tang Clan duo.
The picture of the twins was shared by band member Raekwon. The picture shows the birth certificates of the newly born babies with their name shown.
The caption of the picture as shown on Instagram stated: This is live, family named their twins Raekwon and Ghostface. Father of the twins, Dan Lieberman tweeted the picture and another status during the delivery of the twins.
The Wu-Tang are back with two Clan albums set for release this year. After RZA and Raekwon ended their feud.
Their relationship had slowly faded with Raekwon stating that the band would benefit from a new direction away from the guidance of RZA.
However, the Wu-Tang Clan official website stated that both artists had been working in the studio, to finish Rae’s verses for the albums.
Wu-Tang Clan’s “A Better Tomorrow” will be later on released unlike their other album: “Once up on a time in Shaolin”. There will be only one copy of the exclusive 31 song, double album that will be stored in a Moroccan vault for security reasons.
The band are hoping to exhibit the album later on and sell it to the highest bidder. Wu Tang Clan are considering announcing a tour that will travel the album to a variety museums and festivals.
There will be a chance to preview the album, on headphones, behind some heavy security and with a charge of between £18-£30.
