The video for ‘Love Never Felt So Good’ has been released in which MJ fans can be seen attempting signature dance moves.
The song is the first single from Michael Jackson’s album Xscape and was written back in 1983 but has been updated to become a duet with Justin Timberlake.
Michael Jackson is joined by the widely considered ‘Prince of Pop’, who dances along in the video as well as singing a verse or two.
Throughout the video we are treated to pictures from some of the more memorable music videos including The Way You Make Me Feel and Bad and partnered with the clips of the original videos, we can see MJ fans copying the moves in similar rooms.
We are also treated to some quick pictures of Michael back when he was a young star in the Jackson Five.
These include fans dancing on subway turnstiles for Bad and dancing on pool tables for Beat It.
The upbeat song is looking to be the song of the summer and the video is a perfect tribute to the King of Pop.
Although, if they plan to make more videos for some more songs off the album, it may be a good idea for producers to come up with some different ideas that don’t involve dancers dressed like Micheal and copying dance moves.
It’s nice to watch and remember, but it would be just as interesting to see them try something new.
Producer L.A Reid explained how he chose just eight songs to put on the new album.
“I just listened for the songs that Michael sang completely from top to bottom—multiple times. You know, that was my guide, and then the ones that I thought had great melodies [that] would still stand up today.”
