Justin Bieber is suing two social media users for defamation, after the two separately accused him of sexual assault.

Bieber claims the allegations ‘factually impossible’, and a way for the two girls to gain attention online, leading him to his decision to sue them for more than $20 million in damages.

The legal documents filed by Bieber, obtained as always by celebrity obsessed TMZ, claim he has ‘indisputable documentary evidence’, proving their allegations of sexual assault are nothing but ‘outrageous, fabricated lies’.

One accusation against him apparently happened in a Four Seasons Hotel room, in Austin, Texas, in March of 2014.

According to Bieber’s paperwork though, he did not stay at the Four Seasons hotel, although her was there for an appearance at SXSW festival, along with his then girlfriend Selena Gomez.

He did eat at the Four Seasons Restaurant on March 10th that year, leading Bieber to believe the girl may have found that out, and fabricated her story around it.

The second allegation is claimed to have happened in early May of 2015, at the Langham Hotel in New York City.

The Sorry singer called the accusation ‘an elaborate hoax’, going on to insist the woman making the allegation is a super fan, who waits outside hotels for him.

He believes she created her story around the fact that he attended the Met Gala, putting him in the right place, at the right time, for the girls claim.

Bieber claims he went to a private party after the Met Gala though, staying there until almost 4AM, before he visited a hot dog stand, where he was photographed.

This is being used as ‘evidence’ that the sexual assault, claimed to have happened at 2:30AM is ‘impossible’, but some have pointed out that the hour and a half between the times is enough time for many things to happen.

Bieber apparently also believes that both social media accounts to come out with the allegations, may be run by the same person.

As always with sensitive topics like this, it can’t be automatically assumed either party is guilty, nor innocent.

It can only be hoped that the innocent parties come out of this unscathed.
