Corinne Bailey Rae announces Jodie Abacus as tour support

Jodie Abacus has just been announced as the support for Corinne Bailey Rae’s October/November tour.

Jodie will be playing Manchester Albert Hall on November 5th on a tour that will see him play one of his biggest shows to date at London’s prestigious O2 Shepherds Bush Empire.

The South-London soulful singer has gathered plenty of attention with his pop-funk songs over the past 12 months, particularly with his set at Glastonbury this summer.

His music has a such a feel good sense to it and it’s the production of the songs which is most notable. As Jodie puts it himself:

“I’m gonna make sure your butter is buttered right to the edges of your toast.”
