The Brazilica festival is already in full swing in Liverpool and the newest offering arrives in the form of The Brazilica Fringe Carnival Ball on the 7th July.

The festival seeks to celebrate all diverse aspects of Brazilian music, arts and culture and showcases a collection of events in the run up to, and throughout this year’s Brazilica Festival weekend.

The carnival ball which is presented in collaboration with Misturado and Rebel Soul promises to be a Voodoo extravaganza, and set within the mystery of the Kazimier, is sure to be a real show in keeping with true Brazilian spirit.

The fun kicks off at 4pm with the Voodoohop Ceremony within the Kazimier Garden, an event that is penned as the most notorious party in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It is sure to live up to the enticing buildup ‘They threw a party for the gods, and the gods came…’ and is free entry until 8pm.

Carnival fever continues into the night with a Voodoo Extravaganza in the Kazimier club and Brazilica invites you to ‘Sell your soul and maybe, perhaps, for one night become immortal!’

The Kazimier will be bursting with featured talent;

Afro Samba
Capoeira Danca Da Liberdade
Craft Creative
Dance With The Crew
DJs Audio Voyeur & Monkey
Liverpool Samba School
Long Finger Bandits
We, The Undersigned

Entry price: Free from 4pm-8pm / £6 from 8pm onwards
