Man Of Steel extended trailer

The extended Man of Steel trailer was released this week and continues with the dark tone that the previous trailers released by Warner Brothers have set.

Henry Cavill plays the title role in Zack Snyder’s re-make of the DC comic adaptation. The new film has a star studded cast with the likes of Russell Crowe, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane and Amy Adams as Clark’s love interest Lois Lane.

Begining with General Zod (Michael Shannon) fighting Jor-El (Russell Crowe), destroying Krypton, and Kal-el (Henry Cavill) being dispatched to earth, the preview also follows Kal-el grow up and eventually becoming Superman.

With much action and explosions generating lots of excitement, the trailer gives a broad preview of the film as a whole and sets it up for a deeper look into Superman’s world.

Man of Steel is released in cinemas tomorrow.
