The rumours that Lindsay Lohan will be a part of Zack Snyder’s upcoming Superman Man of Steel movie refuse to fade away.
The Mean Girls starlet is reportedly in talks with Warner Brothers for the role of Lana Lang, a popular high school student who eventually discovers Clark Kent’s secret identity.
Snyder has kept the project under wraps and as yet there have been few plot leaks. Diane Lane, who plays Martha Kent, revealed the strict secrecy surrounding the script, “I was locked in a room with the script and was only allowed three hours with it.”
She also slyly hinted at the timescale that the film will cover, “I’m really not allowed to talk much about it, I think, but it does cover the entire range of years, from infancy on.”
Already attached to the project are Henry Cavill, Amy Adams and Kevin Costner.
Superman : Man of Steel is scheduled for release in December 2012
