With a year to wait before Chris Nolan’s final installment of the Batman franchise, Warner Brothers have kindly dipped into the Bat-Belt and pulled out the official teaser trailer.
Fans can catch a very brief glimpse of Tom Hardy as Bane, but there are no signs of either Joseph Gordon-Levitt or Anne Hathaway.
The trailer shows Comish Gordon laid up in a hospital bed and the mighty Gotham skyscrapers crumbling to the ground.
“It looks like the property values for apartments for rent in Gotham will be going down again.”
The Dark Knight Rises will be Nolan’s and Bale’s last caped crusader movie before the franchise is yet again rebooted.
