The final trailer for Spiderman 2 has been released, giving us a look at the epic battle between friends turned enemies Peter Parker and Harry Osborn.
The two are shown meeting up for the first time in 10 years, with Peter Parker expressing he’s been spending his time in ‘web design.’
The Marvel epic will follow the story of how Peter Parker engages in the final battle with Harry Osborn and supervillian Electo, played by Jamie Foxx.
Throughout the trailer, we are shown shots of a goblin-esque figure stood atop a hang glider which points to Harry taking in the footsteps of his father as he teams up with Electro to take down the Spiderman.
We are shown what looks like a super villain storage facility with lots of menacing creations and weapons stored into the walls.
We are also introduced to Paul Giamatti’s Rhino, who we see mid-fight. With so many villains and hints to many more within the movie, fans are hoping this will be a hint to a Sinister Six movie.
Spiderman 2 will be released in cinemas on May 2nd 2014.
