Horror movie director Eli Roth has revealed he is constantly besieged by actors begging to be killed off in his films.

Eli, 41, whose most famous films include Hostel and Cabin Fever said that all the actors he’s worked with are morbidly fascinated with their own death.

Hollywood Horror honcho Eli said he is always surprised by the amount of people who want to see their own demise on film.

Eli also told how the obsession with death doesn’t stop with actors and the Inglourious Basterds actor also gets approached by fans asking to be killed on screen.

He said: “The thing I’ve found with a lot of actors is that they’re fascinated to see their own death.

“I’ve also had tons of people come up to me over the years that have no interest in being actors but would love to get killed in a movie.

“I guess since it’s the one thing we’ll never see, I mean even our birth now if you really wanted to, most people could get a video of it.

“I don’t know why anyone would want to see that but your death is something that it’s only natural to wonder about.”
