If you’ve ever wished you could live in Springfield, work with Homer, or drink in Moe’s, now you have your chance. Springfield is coming to Liverpool! Expected to open this November or October, a Moe’s bar pop-up, and other Simpson’s inspired attractions will be appearing.

Various incarnations of Moe’s Tavern, and even Flaming Moe’s, have popped up all over the world in the decades since the hugely successful show began, and became a family favourite. Hopefully Liverpool’s pop up will be child friendly, despite the beer for sale, since the alcohol free activities they have lined up sound perfect for the entire family.

Attendees will be able to fully immerse themselves in the nostalgic, cartoon world of The Simpsons by drinking Duff beer, and eating some Krusty Burgers in Moe’s bar. As if that isn’t exciting enough, you’ll also be able to snap a selfie with the iconic Spide-Pig, from The Simpsons Movie, and even take Homer’s seat at the control room of Mr.Burns power plant. Lets hope its as easy as Homer makes it look!

Hosted by MOE’S, and That Liverpool Thing, this is the first event for both of them. Between the amount of love people have for the Simpsons, and how much people are looking forward to being out of lockdown, its looking to be a hugely anticipated event. That Liverpool Thing will also be hosting a Breaking Bad themed bar, due to come to Liverpool in October, sure to be another great night for fans.

Moe’s pop-up bar is sure to be an unforgettable experience for any fan of the Fox show, or anyone who fancies a nostalgia filled trip into a cartoon, so its worth giving the Facebook page a like now, to stay up to date as more information, and confirmed dates, are sure to come.
