Comic Con Liverpool is set to return in March with the biggest celebrity announcements yet…
Hollywood superstars Elijah Wood and David Harbour are just a few of the star-spangled lineup fans will be able to meet in just two months time.
The organisers are still giving hints on social media to more guests attending the convention, with fans eagerly waiting to see who the next big name guests are.
The guests range from classic sitcom actors such as the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air stars Karyn Parsons and Daphne Reid, to Hollywood legend Mickey Rourke.
It will be the third annual Comic Con Liverpool to take place in the Exhibition Centre on the iconic waterfront.
Last year’s event brought in thousands of comic and film fans from across the UK, and the organisers are anticipating that this year will be the biggest yet, with more guest announcements lined up, and Saturday tickets for the event already selling fast.
This year’s event will take place from Friday 6th March to Sunday 8th. Monopoly Events, who organise many other similar events across the UK include replica sets from movies, with the highlights of 2020’s convention being a custom made Hobbit Hole from the Lord of the Rings franchise, as well as sets from classic movie, NeverEnding Story.
When the latest guest announcements are published, there will be 39 different celebrities attending the convention, with 20 of these being UK or even world exclusives.
The comic con showcases a variety of props from multiple franchises, including Star Wars and The Walking Dead. 2020 will feature a For the Love of Fantasy Zone, and also a plethora of stalls selling anything from retro games to figurines.
Monopoly Events has a history of bringing cult favourites to a number of their conventions, with child star Millie Bobby Brown lined up for their For the Love of Sci-Fi event at the end of 2020.
