With graduation season fast approaching, Fonseca’s Stanley Street has unveiled its special celebratory menu.
Available between July 14-24, the three course Graduation Menu, devised by head chef Ricky Vidamour, will feature a wide range of specially selected dishes that have been crafted with merriments amongst family and friends in mind.
Proprietor Candice Fonseca says: “As graduation is such a notable event that occurs just once in a person’s lifetime – it’s the perfect time for family and friends to gather in celebration. We’ve devised a special but affordable menu as we have recognised over the years the trend for large celebratory gathering.
“Ricky has pulled out all of the stops to create a menu that should appeal across the ages whilst our front of house team will ensure a memorable dining experience. ”
After being treated to celebratory fizz on arrival, guests can then choose from a selection of starters including Duck Liver Parfait with Caramelised Onion Chutney or Piri Piri Sardines and Crostini Toasts. Mains include Goosnargh Chicken Supreme with
Roasted New Potatoes; Tenderstem Brocolli and Sunblushed Tomato Butter; Fonseca’s Salmon Fillet Nicoise and Caramelised Squash, as well as Apricot & Chickpea Tagine with Roasted Vegetable Cous Cous.
Those with a sweet tooth can then indulge in an assortment of desserts including Creamy Lemon Tart, Salt Caramel Chocolate Pot with Biscotti and Summer Berry Eton Mess.
Candice added: “While graduation is already such a monumental occasion, we hope that our special offerings will add to the notability of the occasion.”
The Graduation Menu is available between Tuesday, July 14 – Friday, July 24 from 12pm and is affordably priced at £22.95 per person
