The internet was set ablaze with the possible, accidental confirmation of The Last of Us 2. Whilst talking about the facial animations in the Unchartered series, writer Josh Scherr awkwardly said “All the facial animation in the Uncharted games and the first The Last of Us- uh, did I say the first The Last of Us? The first Last of Us. The Last of Us. The first Last of Us.” The Last of Us was also keyframe animation.”

WiiU exclusive Star Fox Zero has been delayed until next year. Shigeru Miyamoto explained the decision was made last week citing the need for more development time.

Konami has ceased future production on any triple-A franchise, besides Pro Evolution Soccer. Furthermore worldwide technology director Julien Merceron has left the company and there are currently no plans to produce a new Metal Gear game.
