What makes you happy? Website 100happydays.com has launched a smiley faced attack against the all too common whines and moans found on Facebook and Twitter.
But out of all the people who headed to 100happydays and signed up to the challenge only 29 per cent have committed to uploading one picture a day of what makes them happy.
They add a hashtag with a phrase of their choice, something along the lines of #100happydays. But, they all gave up soon after, claiming to be too busy.
Surely nobody is too busy to stop for just a few seconds and realise which moments in life bring us joy. But our schedules have become so jam packed, that this seems to be the case for most.
If you think you’re up to the challenge, head over to the website where you can sign up, choose your platform to upload snaps (Facebook, Instagram etc) and choose a hashtag so the team can find your pictures.
You can even email your pictures to them if you want to make this challenge completely personal.
As the website states, this challenge isn’t for anybody else but yourself. It’s to remind you of the people who mean the most to you, the moments that matter the most or even just to make getting out of bed in the morning that little bit easier.
If you complete the challenge, you’ll be sent a book filled with your 100 moments so you can be reminded of what makes you happy in such a stress filled world.
Many claimed that by completing this challenge, their eyes were opened to how lucky they were and they became more grateful of the tiny moments which made them smile.
