Tiger Rock Hawker is celebrating Liverpool Pride with an assortment of rainbow-coloured dishes.
Acclaimed for its contemporary take on Asian cuisine, the eatery has created an array of multi-coloured delights just in time for Pride celebrations, which are set to take place across the city July 28 and 29.
Managing Director at Tiger Rock Hawker Vikki Teh said: “At Tiger Rock Hawker we thought of no better way to celebrate Liverpool Pride than with our own colourful creations that take traditional Asian favourites from our menu and give them an appropriate makeover, especially for the upcoming festivities.
“We have had a great deal of fun whipping up these recipes and were delighted to showcase them as part of the month-long celebrations taking place in the city and across the UK.”
Tiger Rock Hawker’s colourful dishes were created using naturally vibrant ingredients such as Mango, Peppers, Tomato, Carrot and Pomegranate to name just a few.
Vikki said: “Pride is such an important part of our culture and it is fantastic to see Liverpool supporting something with such a strong message. We hope that our culinary contribution can help to raise awareness and show that food doesn’t have to be boring and bland.
